We have contracted with SPINX for approximate 1.5 years for website programming support. We handle the graphic design aspects of the website, while SPINX programs the graphics into "functional" use. We have only communicated via telephone, email, and postage mail, which at times creates challenges. Along with that, the inherent nature of this business, and industry, brings challenges from time to time. Despite challenges that arise, all business owners will agree that time is of the essence in leveraging websites to generate revenue to business, which impacts cash-flow...(the "life-blood" of any business). Along with efficient use of time, it is equally critical the work performance is at the highest level, without error or minimal at best. For without these dynamics, the results can be quite damaging, if not fatal to the life the business.
Having stated that, we must genuinely state, with complete candor, that the SPINX team, lead by Sukesh J., has been outstanding to work with, both professionally, technically, and personably in our business transactions with them. They have provided exceptional work, support, and guidance, along with working efficiently as a team within SPINX, and as an "extended team" with our company in meeting the demands of each project, along with overcoming any challenges that have arisen in a timely and suitable manner. Additionally, they have also provided "strategic insight" in short, mid, and long-term planning for projects, factoring in scalability, so that as the business grows, the demands and challenges that come with growth can be efficiently met and overcome with positive results.
In conclusion, it is our highest recommendation that should you be considering a resource for website programming, or other technical needs which SPINX can provide, that you seriously consider SPINX as the first and foremost solution choice. We did our "homework" starting with 30 companies, then narrowed the list to 15, then 7, then final 3, and ultimately, SPINX won out over the rest.
